We may refuse to use your personalization for our packaging if it does not comply with our instructions and/or these terms or the Terms of Use and/or if Lindt, in its sole discretion, deems the personalization to be unacceptable. Any personalization whose content is unlawful or harmful will be rejected. We may reject personalization at our sole discretion and such a decision is final.
